 Porcupine Wood Design Inc. was founded by Mark & Alison Rose in 1999 and is located at their home in Burlington Ontario . A family business focused on the designing and making of fine craft pieces. Custom furniture made by Mark Rose and Art glass pieces created by Alison Rose.   
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Mark Rose has completed many private commissions including fine furniture custom built in kitchens, dining tables, sideboards and many different types of cabinets. He has created many custom pieces for Churches in the GTA, including alters, crosses and memorial pieces. More recently Mark designed and made a new podium for the current president of Sheridan College , first used at the 2007 convocation.

 Alison Rose designs and makes unique, practical  and fun pieces in glass using many different hot, warm  and cold glass working techniques. Some of her most  popular pieces include bowls, door knobs, drawer pulls, framed wall art pieces, business card holders and jewellery.
